ReviewLoop is a QR code and link management platform that helps local businesses create a scannable presence and track customer engagement. Businesses add links to their business information (Google Reviews, Instagram, WhatsApp, Maps, payment links, menus, booking pages, etc.) to ReviewLoop's platform. ReviewLoop generates one QR code that aggregates all these links. When customers scan the QR code, they see all links and can click to visit any of them. ReviewLoop provides analytics on total scans, individual link clicks, and engagement metrics per link type. ReviewLoop does not access, read, or store data from third-party platforms (Google Business, Instagram, etc.). Businesses manage all links manually.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Business Information

When you sign up for our services, we collect business information including your business name, contact details, email address, and phone number.

3.2 Link Data

You voluntarily add links to your ReviewLoop profile. We store these links and display them on your QR code mini-page.

3.3 Usage Data

We collect information about how you access and use our services, including device information, IP address, usage patterns, QR code scans, and link clicks.

To generate and manage your QR codes and mini-pages

8. UPI Payment Links

ReviewLoop allows business owners to add UPI payment links to their mini-pages for customer payments. The following applies:

a) UPI ID Collection

Business owners voluntarily submit their UPI ID (e.g., name@bank). The UPI ID is stored securely and used only to generate payment links. The UPI ID is not shared with customers; only the payment link is displayed.

b) Payment Data

ReviewLoop does not store, process, or have access to customer payment data. Customer payments are processed directly by their UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.). We do not receive payment confirmations or transaction details. Payment receipt and confirmation come directly from the customer's UPI app or bank.

c) Verification Process

All UPI IDs submitted by business owners are manually verified by ReviewLoop admin before going live. Verification ensures the UPI ID matches the business owner's identity. Unverified UPI IDs remain in "Pending" status and are not visible to customers.

d) Data Security

UPI IDs are encrypted and stored securely. Access to UPI ID data is restricted to ReviewLoop admins only. Business owners can update or remove their UPI ID at any time.
