By accessing and using ReviewLoop.in ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.
ReviewLoop is a QR code and link management platform that helps local businesses create a scannable presence and track customer engagement. Businesses add links to their business information (Google Reviews, Instagram, WhatsApp, Maps, payment links, menus, booking pages, etc.) to ReviewLoop's platform. ReviewLoop generates one QR code that aggregates all these links. When customers scan the QR code, they see all links and can click to visit any of them. ReviewLoop provides analytics on total scans, individual link clicks, and engagement metrics per link type.
You agree to:
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of ReviewLoop and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
ReviewLoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
ReviewLoop's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ReviewLoop in the specific month in which the claim arose.
If no payment was made in that month (e.g., free trial), the liability cap is ₹0, and ReviewLoop shall have no liability except as required by applicable law.
This limitation applies to all claims, whether arising in contract, tort, warranty, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
We strive to provide continuous availability of our Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
UPI payment links are available only on mobile devices. This feature is not available on desktop or web browsers. Links are displayed on your business's ReviewLoop mini-page.
You agree to submit your own valid UPI ID only. You are responsible for ensuring the UPI ID is accurate and belongs to you. You must comply with all UPI regulations and your bank's terms. You are liable for any disputes or chargebacks related to payments received through your UPI link.
All UPI IDs must be verified and approved by ReviewLoop admin before going live. ReviewLoop reserves the right to reject UPI IDs that appear fraudulent, invalid, or do not match your business information. Rejected UPI IDs will be notified to you with the reason for rejection.
ReviewLoop does not process, store, or have access to any payment data. ReviewLoop does not receive payment confirmations or transaction details. Payments are processed directly by customers through their UPI app and are subject to their bank's terms and conditions. ReviewLoop is not responsible for failed transactions, payment delays, or disputes.
ReviewLoop may disable UPI links if fraudulent activity is suspected. You must notify ReviewLoop immediately if your UPI ID is compromised or misused. ReviewLoop will take reasonable steps to investigate and resolve fraud reports.
You may request to update or remove your UPI ID at any time. Changes require re-verification before going live. During re-verification, existing UPI links remain active to prevent service disruption. ReviewLoop reserves the right to remove UPI links if they violate these terms.
ReviewLoop mini-pages may contain links to third-party websites and services (such as Google Reviews, Instagram, Maps, booking platforms, payment gateways, etc.). ReviewLoop is not responsible for:
Your use of third-party links and services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.
ReviewLoop makes no endorsement of third-party services.
You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Service shall be resolved as follows:
Either party must send written notice describing the dispute. Parties will attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days. Notice should be sent to: info@pycray.com.
If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted in Pune, India. A single arbitrator is to be mutually agreed upon. Arbitration shall be conducted under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Costs shall be borne equally unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.
Nothing prevents either party from seeking interim relief (injunctions, etc.) from courts in Pune.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India (State of Maharashtra). Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
